1. Booking & PaymentsAll bookings must be confirmed in advance via email or WhatsApp.A 10% discount applies to all trips and transfers paid entirely in advance.For payments made in cash or by card directly in the car, the standard full price (100%) applies.
2. Cancellation PolicyCancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 100% refund.Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 50% refund.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time or no-shows: 0% refund (the total price is non-refundable).
3. Waiting Time & Flight DelaysFor airport pickups, flight tracking is included, and waiting times due to flight delays are covered at no extra charge.For standard pickups (e.g., hotels), a waiting fee of 1 € per minute applies after a waiting period longer than 15 minutes past the scheduled time. This waiting fee does not apply to airport pickups.
